• Check-in time is 4:00 to 8:00 pm or by special arrangement. Late check-ins are by special arrangement
• Check-out time is 10:00 am or by special arrangement
• No smoking
• Pets allowed in 1 townhome
• Rates do not include taxes and are subject to change
• 50% deposit required at booking
• Balance due 14 days before arrival
• Personal checks and major credit cards accepted
• Cancellation fee: $50; $100 for Christmas/New Year
• Deposits, less $50 cancellation fee, will be returned if cancellation is made 14 days or more in advance
• For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, deposits, less the cancellation fee, will be returned only if townhome is rebooked for the same period
  
• Stays of 7 nights or more will receive housekeeping service upon guest request
